Risk Analysis of Leakage Consequences During the Operation of Methyl Chloride Storage Tanks
Quantitative risk analysis(QRA)was used to evaluate the risk consequences and accident consequences of chloromethane storage tank leakage,and then the risk of storage tank was quantified.This paper takes a chloromethane storage tank of an enterprise as an example to determine four leakage scenarios,and simulates three accident consequences by simulating individual risk value and social risk value respectively through QRA.The results show that the level of personal risk and social risk is acceptable,but the external protection distance does not meet the requirements.It can be seen that this simulation is effective and has guiding significance for enterprise safety prevention of accidents.
