摘要
渤海油田作为中海油油气增储上产的主力军,承载着建设世界一流企业的尝试与探索重任,而健康安全环保领域率先实现世界一流则是中海油最大的期待.为此,渤海油田保持长期健康高质量发展也离不开安全环保保驾护航,文章结合渤海油田近年来发生的事故案例,发现海上吊装作业事故是最典型的案例.因此,全面反思回顾事故成因,建立长效机制成为渤海油田安全环保领域的管理重点方向.
Abstract
Bohai oilfield,as the main force of CNOOC in increasing oil and gas reserves and production,carries the heavy task of trying and exploring to build a world-class enterprise,and the biggest expectation of CNOOC is to take the lead in achieving world-class in the field of health,safety and environmental protection.Therefore,the long-term,healthy and high-quality development of Bohai oilfield cannot be achieved without the protection of safety and environmental protection.Combining with the accident cases in Bohai oilfield in recent years,the paper finds that the marine lifting operation accident is the most typical case.Therefore,a comprehensive review of the causes of the accident and the establishment of a long-term mechanism have become the key management direction in the field of safety and environmental protection of Bohai oilfield.
