多气源上载天然气管道工况运行适应性分析

摘要
天然气管道输送过程中,气源上载点的增加必然引起运行工况的变化.如果在缺乏科学依据的情况下,盲目进行管道新工况输送,易出现气源分配不合理或无法完成指定输量输送,管道工况运行不适应.以某ZG天然气管道为研究对象,利用SPS软件模拟分析管线气源上载增加后,分析管道正输工况的运行适应性.研究结果表明,ZG天然气管道存在运行不适应的工况,需采取调整气源输送压力、分配输量以及增启压气站等方式,提高管道运行适应性,实现多气源上载管道安全运行具有重要意义.
Abstract
In the process of natural gas pipeline transportation,the increase of gas source upload point will inevitably lead to the change of operating conditions.If in the absence of scientific basis,blindly carry out pipeline transportation under new conditions,it is easy to appear unreasonable distribution of air source or unable to complete the specified transmission volume,and the pipeline operation is not adapted to the working conditions.Taking a ZG natural gas pipeline as the research object,SPS software was used to simulate and analyze the operating adaptability of the pipeline under the forward transport condition after the pipeline gas load was increased.The research results show that ZG natural gas pipeline is not suitable for operation,so it is of great significance to improve the adaptability of the pipeline and realize the safe operation of the multi-gas upload pipeline by adjusting the pressure of the gas source,distributing the transmission volume and increasing the pressure station.
