Research on Reducing the Failure Rate of PSA Programmed Valve in Hydrogen Production Unit
Since the operation of the 50 000 m3/h hydrogen production unit of CNOOC Gas(Taizhou)Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.,the program control valve in 180 and 182 units and 2 sets of PSA will have many different reasons for failure every year,resulting in the cutting tower,and the production unit is forced to reduce the load or even stop operation,affecting the normal and stable operation of the device and the normal production of each hydrogen unit.In this paper,various kinds of failures of two sets of PSA program control valves are analyzed and optimized,and improvement measures are proposed to minimize the failure rate of PSA program control valves and ensure the normal and stable operation of PSA and the stability of hydrogen pipe network in the whole plant.
