摘要
海上采油平台原油及污水处理系统中多采用吊环型篮式过滤器,使用简易工具拆装吊环螺栓过程中存在滑脱伤人、作业空间受限、拆装效率低、劳动强度大等问题,严重降低了作业安全性和作业效率.为此,文章设计了一种新型吊环螺栓拆装工具,并详细阐述了其结构及工作原理.根据现场实际应用效果表明,采用该工具可以有效提升吊环螺栓拆装的安全性和作业效率,缩短拆装作业时长 60%,有效降低人工成本和时间成本,弥补了吊环螺栓拆装无专用工具的市场空白.
Abstract
In the crude oil and sewage treatment system of offshore oil production platform,the hanging ring type basket filter is mostly used.In the process of disassembling and assembling the hanging ring bolts with simple tools,there are some problems such as slippage and injury,limited working space,low disassembling efficiency and high labor intensity,which seriously reduce the safety and efficiency of operation.In this paper,a new type of lifting ring bolt disassembly tool is designed,and its structure and working principle are described in detail.According to the actual application results,the tool can effectively improve the safety and efficiency of the disassembly of the ring bolt,shorten the disassembly time by 60%,effectively reduce the labor cost and time cost,and make up the gap in the market where there is no special tool for disassembly of the ring bolt.
