天然气气体性质对燃气轮机设计选型的优化措施

天然气没有固定的组分,采出气体的成分取决于采出的地点,井与井之间都不相同,因此不可能总是供应相同组分的燃气,气质有限的变化是可以接受的,天然气作为发动机燃料其化学组分就显得非常重要,因为它影响发动机的性能和排放.为了保证燃气轮机能正常运行,燃烧室和喷嘴根据气体的组分进行设计,而沃泊指数作为天然气性质表征的重要参数,对其进行研究分析,可为燃气轮机的燃烧性能和机器的运行提供可靠的参考作用.为此,文章以西气东输所使用天然气为例,通过对气质相关重要参数的分析,阐述了参数对燃气轮机设计选型的优化措施.
Natural Gas Properties of Gas Turbine Design and Selection Optimization Measures
Natural gas has no fixed composition,the composition of produced gas depends on the location of production,well to well are not the same,so it is not always possible to supply the same component of gas,temperament limited changes are acceptable,natural gas as an engine fuel its chemical composition is very important,because it affects the performance of the engine and emissions.In order to ensure the normal operation of the gas turbine function,the combustion chamber and nozzle are designed according to the composition of the gas,and the study and analysis of the index as an important parameter of natural gas property characterization can provide a reliable reference for the combustion performance of the gas turbine and the operation of the machine.Therefore,this paper takes the natural gas used in the west-east gas transmission as an example,through the analysis of the important parameters related to temperament,describes the optimization measures of parameters to the design and selection of gas turbines.
