Analysis on Burner Leakage in Heavy Oil Hydrogen Gasifier
Gasifier burner is the key to the long-term stable operation of heavy oil hydrogen production unit.Aiming at the problems of easy leakage and short life of the burner of heavy oil hydrogen production unit at present,the paper analyzes the possible causes of burning damage from four aspects,such as operating load,raw material properties,burner and coil material,burner cooling water,and puts forward preventive measures on this basis.
