Study on Process Optimization of Preparation of L-pyroglutamic Acid by Wet Pyrolysis
The preparation process of L-pyroglutamic acid was studied by wet pyrolysis with L-glutamic acid as raw material.The reaction conditions were optimized by single factor and orthogonal test,and the optimum process conditions for preparing L-pyroglutamic acid were determined as reaction time 4 h,water addition 15 g,reaction temperature 150℃,and the conversion rate of L-glutamic acid was 97.37%.This method uses water as the reaction carrier without catalyst and pressure,which not only saves energy and reduces emissions,but also has high yield,which provides certain theoretical guidance and experimental data reference for clean and efficient production of L-pyroglutamic acid.
