Risk Control Measures of Crude Benzene Hydrogenation Process
In recent years,more and more crude benzene refining enterprises have driven the rapid development of crude benzene refining industry.At present,the benzene hydrogenation production process is mature and the development trend of the industry is good,among which the low temperature hydrogenation method has become the mainstream process used in the crude benzene refining industry at this stage because of the advantages of high product yield,good quality,high degree of device automation,effective environmental protection measures,and lower energy consumption.Taking a 100 000 t/a crude benzene hydrogenation enterprise as an example,this paper introduces the process of crude benzene hydrogenation refining,analyzes the common process danger points in the process of crude benzene hydrogenation production,and puts forward the corresponding safety risk countermeasures from the aspects of equipment,process and automatic control interlocking.
