侧钻绕障技术处理复杂井下落物的应用

索特盐化 209 井在钻探过程中发生钻头掉落事故,多次打捞作业均以失败告终,为保全上部井段成果和顺利推进后续工作开展,决定实施侧钻绕开遗落钻头及老井眼井段.如何维持井壁稳定、确保水泥塞质量、控制侧钻轨迹是本次施工的关键所在.为此制定了导斜器开窗侧钻与裸眼侧钻两套方案,经多方论证,最终采用裸眼侧钻方案成功解决事故.本次侧钻绕障综合利用了定向钻进工艺、随钻测量技术、聚合物钻井液等技术措施的应用,克服了泥页岩井壁易垮塌、长稳斜段托压严重、大井径侧钻轨迹控制难度大等一系列难题,为盐井利用侧钻绕障技术处理复杂井下落物提供了宝贵的经验.
Application of Sidetracking Obstacle Avoidance Technology in Dealing with Falling Objects in Complicated Wells
In the process of drilling,a drill bit dropped and several salvage operations failed.In order to preserve the results of the upper well section and promote the follow-up work smoothly,it was decided to sidetrack the lost bit and the old hole section.How to maintain the stability of well wall,ensure the quality of cement plug and control the track of sidetracking is the key to this construction.For this reason,two schemes of sidetracking with open window and sidetracking with open hole are developed.After many arguments,the open hole sidetracking scheme is finally adopted to solve the accident successfully.This paper summarizes the comprehensive use of directional drilling technology,measurement while drilling technology,polymer drilling fluid and other technical measures to overcome a series of problems such as mud shale wall collapse easy,long stable inclined section pressure,large hole diameter sidetracking trajectory control difficulty,etc.,which provides valuable experience for salt wells to use sidetracking technology to deal with complex downhole objects.
