Key Issues in Preparing for the Establishment of A New Chemical Park
The newly established chemical industrial park is an important carrier for many local governments to promote the development of the local chemical industry.The establishment of chemical industrial parks from the initial lack of requirements for the department and level of the approval authority,to the current strict requirements for the approval authority,level and professionalism.In addition,it need many preparations for the establishment of new chemical industrial park,and many local governments have no clue how to establish park.Therefore,this paper has sorted out the common problems in the establishment of chemical industrial parks,and proposed solutions or strategies to these problems.This article first introduces the relevant policy requirements for the establishment and recognition of chemical industrial parks,and then analyzes the problems that local governments generally face when preparing for the establishment of new chemical industrial parks,such as unclear qualifications and authorities,unclear relationship between establishment and recognition,and unclear work ideas for establishment.Key tasks such as park establishment application,management organization setting,profit model construction and confirmation of infrastructure construction content and sequence are proposed.Finally,the key and difficult issues and work plan in the establishment of new chemical industrial parks were introduced,providing reference for the establishment of new chemical industrial parks across the country.
