摘要
在中国式现代化的新阶段,推进国家能源安全体系现代化是经济社会高质量发展的关键环节.文章从能源消费、能源供应、能源科技、能源体制以及能源的国际合作这五个维度论述推进国家能源安全体系现代化的必要性.文章将立足中国资源禀赋,坚持先立后破,保障能源安全,注重风险防范原则,详细阐述推进国家能源安全体系现代化的战略举措,积极稳妥推进碳达峰碳中和.
Abstract
In the new stage of Chinese-style modernisation,promoting the modernisation of the national energy security system is a key aspect of high-quality economic social development.The necessity of promoting the modernisation of the national energy security system is discussed from the five dimensions of energy consumption,energy supply,energy science and technology,energy system and international cooperation in energy.This paper will be based on China's resource endowment,adhering to the establishing before breaking,safeguarding energy security,focusing on the principle of risk prevention,elaborating on the strategic initiatives of promoting the modernisation of the national energy security system,and actively and steadily promoting the carbon peak and carbon neutrality.
