Practices and Suggestions of Volunteer Service in the Harmonious and Stable Work of Oilfield Employees Masses
In recent years,the"spark"volunteer service team of the Human Resources Service Center of Vehicle Management Center of SINOPEC Shengli Oilfield Branch has vigorously advocated the volunteer service concept of"voluntary happiness and public welfare",forming characteristic brands such as"respecting the elderly service""caring for disabled people""civilized promotion""caring for exams"and"caring for guidance".Volunteer service can promote communication and cooperation among oilfield employees,enhance their cohesion and centripetal force,enhance their sense of belonging and satisfaction,and thus promote the harmonious and stable development of the enterprise.On the basis of introducing the overview of the"spark"volunteer service team,this paper elaborates on the specific practices and effects of oilfield volunteer service,and puts forward some suggestions for further improvement.It is hoped that in guiding enterprises to better carry out volunteer service activities,achieving the goal of harmonious and stable work among employees masses,and injecting new vitality into the development of oilfield enterprises.
