基于高校转型发展下创新型应用化学专业建设的研究与实践

摘要
随着行业产业结构优化升级,加之社会对应用技术型人才的迫切需求,高校转型发展是大势所趋.目前,全国开设应用化学专业的高校超过 400 所.在新工科发展战略的大背景下,对于应用化学专业建设而言,应秉承传统办学特色,构建创新型专业人才培养体系,切实提高人才培养质量.文章从高校转型发展的动力机制谈起,阐述了应用化学专业人才培养的内涵,最后从多层面探索了专业建设高质量改革发展的优化路径.
Abstract
With the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure,and urgent demand for applied technology talents,the transformation and development of universities is the trend of the times.At present,there are more than 400 universities offering applied chemistry majors nationwide.Under the background of the development strategy of new engineering,construction of applied chemistry major should uphold the traditional characteristics of running schools,build an innovative professional talent training system,and effectively improve the quality of talent training.Starting from the driving mechanism of the transformation and development of colleges and universities,the connotation of the talent training of applied chemistry professionals is clarified,and finally the optimization path of high-quality reform and development of professional construction is explored from multiple levels.
