摘要
针对目前轻化工程专业实习过程中一些学生参与性低、动手少、缺乏思考导致的脱离工程实践问题,文章以OBE和思政教育理念为指导,对生产实习课程进行优化课程目标、丰富课程内容、深挖思政元素、完善课程评价体系等改革.通过课程改革,解决了人才培养与企业需求脱节的问题,提升了专业实习成效,在保证知识传授、实践能力培养的同时,深化学生的行业情怀,实现实践课程的价值引领作用,助推创新实践型人才培养.
Abstract
Aiming at the current problem of some students'low participation,lack of hands-on skills and thinking in the internship process of the light chemical engineering major,which leads to their detachment from engineering practice,the production internship course was reformed under the guidance of OBE and ideological and political education concepts.For example,the course objectives was optimized,the course content was enriched,the ideological and political elements were deeply explored,and the course evaluation system was completed.Through curriculum reform,the problem of disconnection between talent cultivation and enterprise needs was solved,and the effectiveness of professional internships was improved.While ensuring knowledge-transference and practical ability cultivation,students'industry sentiment was deepened,the value leading role of practical courses was realized,and the cultivation of innovative and practical talents was promoted.
