"双一流"建设背景下化学化工类研究生联合培养模式探析与实践

基于湖南理工学院现有科研资源与创新实践平台对接石化企业,聚焦研发项目,校企双方联合培养研究生.文章从培养目标、培养方法及评价体系等方面对化学化工类研究生创新实践能力开展综合性、系统性的理论研究.同时,从校内教学、校外实践、成果转化、论文评阅、就业情况等多个方面对校企联合培养的研究生进行分阶段、全过程、全覆盖考察评价,通过建立健全全面、科学、可靠的评价体系,激励研究生积极参与校企合作项目,提高创新实践能力水平.
Exploration and Practice of the Joint Training Model for Chemistry and Chemical Engineering Postgraduate under the Background of"Double First-class"Construction
Based on the existing scientific research resources and innovation platforms of Hunan Institute of Science and Technology,the university collaborates with petrochemical enterprises to jointly train postgraduates focusing on R&D projects.This paper conducts comprehensive and systematic theoretical research on the innovative practice ability of chemistry and chemical engineering postgraduate,including training objectives,training methods and evaluation systems.At the same time,The postgraduate jointly trained by the university and enterprise are investigated and evaluated in stages,throughout the entire process and with full coverage,considering on-campus teaching,off-campus practice,achievement transformation,paper evaluation,employment status and other relevant aspects.By establishing and improving a comprehensive,scientific and reliable evaluation system,postgraduates are encouraged to actively participate in school-enterprise cooperation projects and their innovative practical abilities were enhanced.
