Unorganized Waste Gas Recovery and Treatment in Polyvinyl Chloride Production
Polyvinyl chloride(PVC)is currently one of the largest yield and most widely used thermoplastic plastics in the world,with the advantages of simple synthesis process,low cost and good corrosion resistance,etc.,and is more and more widely used in daily life.This has also led to an increase in the production capacity of polyvinyl chloride,which has also brought about exhaust problems.If the waste gas in the production of enterprises is not recycled and treated in time,it will cause ecological environment damage and endanger the health and safety of employees and nearby residents,so how to carry out the recovery and treatment of unorganized waste gas in polyvinyl chloride production has also become a widely concerned issue in the current society.Combined with the characteristics of polyvinyl chloride production process and its waste gas,this paper focuses on the research on the recovery and treatment of unorganized waste gas in the production process of polyvinyl chloride,and puts forward feasible suggestions on how to carry out waste gas treatment efficiently and reasonably.
