Effective Ways to Reduce Nitrogen Oxide Emissions from Tube Heating Furnaces
The nitrogen oxide generated during the combustion process of the tube heating furnace in petrochemical plants are discharged into the atmosphere along with flue gas,which poses significant harm to the environment and human beings.This article introduces the generation mechanism and emission concentration calculation method of nitrogen oxide in the flue gas of a certain petrochemical unit's tube heating furnace.Taking high heat load tube heating furnace NF-503 and low heat load tube heating furnace F-101C as examples,the principles,applicable conditions and application effects of nitrogen oxide emission reduction measures in heating furnaces such as low nitrogen burner transformation,reduction of excess air coefficient and reduction of hot air temperature are discussed.The research conclusion has certain reference significance for reducing nitrogen oxide emissions in tube heating furnaces of related enterprises.
