文章主要描述了焦炉煤气AS脱硫和深度脱硫二级脱硫技术,并根据焦炉配套深度脱硫处理能力大的特点,进行停硫酸生产系统的深度脱硫实验,得出停硫酸生产系统不会影响煤气脱硫效果的结论,实现了高效脱硫的技术创新,为优化工艺应用提供了有力的保障,适应了现代节能、环保与清洁生产的要求.
Abstract
This article mainly describes the AS desulfurization and deep desulfurization secondary desulfurization technologies for coke oven gas.Based on the characteristics of the coke oven supporting deep desulfurization large treatment capacity,deep desulfurization experiments were conducted on shutting down the sulfuric acid production system.The conclusion was drawn that shutting down the sulfuric acid production system will not affect the desulfurization effect of the gas,achieving technological innovation in efficient desulfurization,providing strong guarantees for optimizing process applications,and adapting to the requirements of modern energy saving,environmental protection and clean production.
