发展视角下高校实验室安全研究

摘要
作为人才培养和科研创新的孵化地,实验室的可持续发展对高校起着至关重要的作用.提升实验室的安全管理水平是支撑实验室发展的重要基础.从实验室发展的视角出发,分析探讨实验室发展与实验室安全之间的辩证关系,系统梳理当前高校实验室安全管理的主要措施,并在管理思维、管理理念和机制建设三个方面提出建议,以期进一步解答"如何提高实验室安全管理水平"的问题.
Abstract
As an incubator of personnel training and scientific research innovation,the sustainable development of the laboratory plays a vital role in universities.Improving the safety management level of the laboratory is an important basis to support the development of the laboratory.From the perspective of laboratory development,this paper analyzes and discussed the dialectical relationship between laboratory development and laboratory security,systematically sorts out the main measures of current laboratory safety management in universities,and puts forward suggestions in three aspects:management thinking,management concept and mechanism construction,in order to further answer the question of"how to improve the level of laboratory safety management".
