摘要
近年来高校实验室事故时有发生,其中因实验人员安全意识淡薄而直接或间接引发的事故比例占主要份额.实验室安全文化月是高校实验室安全工作的重要一环,对提高实验人员安全意识和防范化解风险能力,打造健康、安全、可持续发展的实验室环境具有重要意义.文章系统分析了当前高校实验室安全文化月建设存在的问题,并提出针对性建议,以北京师范大学为例,阐述实验室安全文化月特色行动,为高校实验室安全高质量发展提供实践参考.
Abstract
In recent years,accidents in college laboratories have often occurred,among which the proportion of accidents caused directly or indirectly by the lab personnel's poor safety consciousness for a major share.Laboratory safety culture month is an important part of laboratory safety work in colleges and universities.It is of great significance to improve the safety awareness of laboratory personnel and their ability to prevent and resolve risks,and to create a healthy,safe and sustainable laboratory environment.This paper systematically analyzes the current problems in the construction of laboratory safety culture month in colleges and universities,and puts forward targeted recommendations.At the same time,it takes Beijing Normal University as an example to illustrate the characteristic program of laboratory safety culture month,which provides practical reference for the high-quality development of laboratory safety in colleges and universities.
