天然气低温分离系统压力管道材料设计

摘要
在以往项目中,海洋油气田工艺系统的低温压力管道的材料规范均采用ASTM A333 标准,目前国标低温管道材质已有相应的标准.为拓展海上油气低温压力管道选材范围,文章针对天然气低温分离系统的压力管道,探讨可替代ASTM A333 Gr6 的国标管线材质.结合低温合金钢的使用条件,从低温管道材料选型、管线壁厚计算、管线保冷方面,分别介绍设计中应遵循的各项标准规范和设计方法.
Abstract
In previous projects,the material specifications for low-temperature pressure pipelines in offshore oil and gas field process systems were based on ASTM A333 standards.Currently,there are corresponding national standards for low-temperature pipeline materials.To expand the selection range of materials for low-temperature pressure pipelines for offshore oil and gas,,this paper researches national standard pipeline materials that can replace ASTM A333 Gr6.Combined with the usage conditions of low-temperature alloy steel,this paper introduces standards and design methods that should be followed in design from the aspects of low-temperature pipeline material selection,pipeline wall thickness calculation and pipeline cold insulation.
