Analysis of Corrosion Factors in Water Well Pipelines and Evaluation of Protective Performance of Nickel Phosphorus Coatings
The operation of Shengli oilfield tracked 27 newly lost wells, all of which were caused by single outer wall corrosion. The corrosion problem of oil pipes has brought great safety hazards to oilfield production. At present, the anti-corrosion measures adopted for oilfield water injection pipeline systems mainly include the use of corrosion-resistant pipes, coating anti-corrosion,coating protection, nitriding technology, chemical anti-corrosion and cathodic protection. The article studied the causes and mechanisms of corrosion in water well pipelines under different operating conditions(without stopping the well)under the conditions of produced liquid in a certain underground well, and carried on nickel phosphorus coating protection experiments on leaking pipes in the well and evaluated their effectiveness. The corrosion of pipelines under this condition is mainly affected by the design condition of the wellbore and the pressure inside the casing.According to the actual situation, the coating protection experiment was carried out and the follow-up protection measures were put forward through the coating protection method.
