摘要
煤化工企业煤气净化粗苯工段涉及苯、甲苯、洗油、萘油等易燃液体,属甲级防爆区域,检修过程中危险级别高,存在着火、爆炸、中毒等风险.为保障检修项目顺利实施,对区域危险源进行充分辨识并制定预控方案,强化施工过程中的安全监管,提出了相应的安全对策,对同行业生产操作具有指导意义.
Abstract
The crude benzene section of gas purification in the coal chemical enterprive involves flammable liquids such as benzene,toluene,wash oil,naphthalene oil,etc.It is classified as a class A explosion-proof area.During maintenance,the danger level is high and there are risks of ignition,explosion,poisoning,etc.To ensure the smooth implementation of maintenance projects,sufficient identification of regional hazards was carried out and pre-control plans were developed.Construction safety supervision was strengthened,and corresponding safety measures were proposed,which has guiding significance for production operations in the same industry.
