摘要

针对某炼化企业三剂单位费用偏高现象,对三剂费用组成进行分解分析,重点分析了费用占比较高的催化裂化装置和加氢精制装置,其中催化裂化装置分析了主催化剂和NaOH溶液的消耗情况.查找出造成单位费用偏高的主要原因是受整体加工工艺的影响和地理位置因素的影响,针对查找出的主要原因,提出了延长加氢催化剂寿命和降低NaOH溶液价格的建议措施.

Abstract

In response to the high cost of additives per ton of oil in a certain refining and chemical enterprise,a decomposition analysis of the cost composition of the additives is conducted to identify the main reasons affecting the cost of the additives and the reasons for the high cost per ton of oil,especially the higher cost of FCC unit and hydrorefining unit,in which the consumption of catalyst and sodium hydroxide was analyzed. The main reasons for the high cost per ton of oil are the influence of the overall processing technology and the geographical location factors. In view of the main reasons found,the suggestions for extending the life of the hydrogenation catalyst and reducing the price of the sodium hydroxide solution are put forward.
