Thoughts on Cost Management of Offshore Oil Project Construction
The development of offshore oil engineering projects is of great significance and value in alleviating the shortage of oil resources in China,the construction and operation of such projects are characterized by high risk,long project cycle,heavy workload of sea transportation,many long-term cooperative enterprises and complicated management links,effectively enhance the economic benefits of enterprises,reduce construction risks.Based on the analysis of the value meaning of strengthening cost management in offshore oil engineering project management,the present situation and implementation path of cost management are comprehensively explored in this paper,this paper mainly expounds the cost management structure,cost budget management,key points of cost control,cost accounting analysis and cost assessment,etc.
