打造绿色化学实验课堂 培养学生科研创新精神

采用线上线下相融合的药物化学实验"小讲课"教学方法探索新时代人才培养的新模式,以提升学生综合素养,培养创新、求实、协同的科研精神。通过文献回顾、实践观察、师生互动研究、问卷调查、成绩比较分析、学生在线活动跟踪评价等手段,总结并建立适合药物化学实验课堂的新的教学模式。基于合成的小讲课教学模式提升了师生发展素养需求的 6 大能力;高效地利用了实验课堂,师生都收到了较满意的学习效果;探索出科研精神培养的切实可行的方法。新的教学模式有利于实现"以学生发展为中心"的教学理念,改变了沉闷的教师讲学生听的传统教学模式,把课堂完全交予学生,达到了"有效学习在课堂上",发挥了课堂教学的时效性。
Creating A Green Chemistry Experimental Classroom and Cultivating Students'Innovative Spirit in Scientific Research
To explore a new mode of talent training in the new era by using the"small lecture"teaching method of medicinal chemistry experiments that integrates online and offline,so as to improve students'comprehensive quality and cultivate a scientific research spirit of innovation,truth-seeking and synergy.By means of literature review,practice observation,teacher-student interaction research,questionnaire survey,performance comparison analysis,student online activity tracking evaluation,etc.,a new teaching mode suitable for medicinal chemistry experimental classroom was summarized and established.The teaching mode of small lectures based on synthesis has improved the 6 major abilities of teachers and students to develop literacy needs;effectively used the experimental classroom,teachers and students have received satisfactory learning effects;explored practical methods for cultivating the spirit of scientific research.The new teaching mode is conducive to the realization of the teaching concept of"student development as the center",changing the traditional teaching mode of dull teachers telling students to listen,and completely handing over the classroom to the students,achieving"effective learning in the classroom"and giving full play to the timeliness of classroom teaching.
