Construction of Top Talent Training Mode of Chemical Industry in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Craftsman Spirit
Under the current background of vigorously promoting the spirit of artisans,the cultivation of top chemical talents in higher vocational colleges should conform to the development of The Times,and effectively integrate the spirit of artisans into student training and professional development.Based on the current situation of chemical talents training in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the practical significance of top-notch talent training from the perspective of craftsman spirit,so as to construct the teaching model of"three-tier classification,four-stage training and five-stage progressive training",and puts forward the implementation path of top-notch talent training in higher vocational chemical industries,in order to effectively improve the employment competitiveness of top-notch talents
