摘要

文章中的试验验证了醚菌酯在土壤中的残留检测分析方法,采集的空白小区土壤样品用 25.0 mL乙腈提取,使用C18 吸附剂对提取液除杂,方法的定性定量分析使用安捷伦 1290 Ultivo型超高效液相色谱质谱联用仪,出峰时间采取(3.250 min),定性离子对采取(314.1/115.7),残留定量方法采取标准曲线法(314.1/221.5),试验结果表明文章中的分析方法适合土壤中醚菌酯残留的检测.

Abstract

This validation experiment established a method for residual analysis of soil ether fungicides.The soil samples were extracted with acetonitrile,purified with C18 adsorbent,and determined using Agilent 1290 Ultivo ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.The retention time(3.250 min)and qualitative ion pairs(314.1/115.7)were used for characterization,and the standard curve external standard method was used for quantification(quantitative ion pairs 314.1/221.5).The experimental results indicated that the analysis method was suitable for the detection of ether fungicide residues in soil.
