Fingerprint Based on the Organic Component Content of Pterocarpus Tinctorius
Taking the Pterocarpus tinctorius produced in Zambia as an example, the organic component content of the pterocarpus tinctorius was studied. The organic component composition of the pterocarpus tinctorius was determined using microwave extraction gas chromatography mass spectrometry, and the data was converted into a scatter plot. This graphical trend and component content are the organic component fingerprint of the pterocarpus tinctorius, which intuitively reflects the characteristics of the organic components in the pterocarpus tinctorius.Compare the differences in fingerprint spectra of organic components among different types of wood for identifying the pterocarpus tinctorius.Using the Yuxuan similarity statistics in SPSS 24,the similarity between fingerprint map vectors is above 0.99,indicating that the fingerprint map constructed in this way is representative and credible. This method has high effectiveness, reliability, and stability in identifying the pterocarpus tinctorius.
