摘要

文章将固体铟用盐酸溶解后定容于容量瓶,称取固体硫化钠溶解后定容于容量瓶,得到氯化铟溶液和硫化钠溶液,用离子热法制得不同体积比的硫化铟,然后对硫化铟进行表征,做XRD、荧光光谱、紫外可见吸收光谱,可对其纳米粒子的粒径大小及荧光强度等做分析.XRD图谱表明,产物为四方相硫化铟纳米粒子,其晶粒平均大小在 7.2 nm左右,经紫外可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)分析,其晶粒平均大小在 7.4 nm左右,因此产物为四方相硫化铟纳米粒子,晶粒平均大小在 7.2 nm~7.4 nm之间.

Abstract

In this paper,solid indium is dissolved in a volumetric flask by hydrochloric acid,then dissolved in a volumetric flask by taking solid sodium sulfide and then dissolved in a volumetric flask to obtain indium chloride solution and sodium sulfide solution,then indium sulfide was characterized by XRD,fluorescence spectra,UV-Vis absorption spectra,the size of its nanoparticles and fluorescence intensity can be analyzed.The XRD patterns show that the product is tetragonal indium sulfide nanoparticles with average grain size of about 7.2 nm.The average grain size is about 7.4 nm by UV-Vis analysis,therefore,the product is tetragonal indium sulfide nanoparticles with average grain size between 7.2 nm and 7.4 nm.
