在已知的锂离子电池正极材料中,磷酸铁锂是一类性能较优、稳定性较好的材料,目前已有成功的商业应用,能较好地满足电源小型化、轻量化、长循环寿命的要求.大量锂离子电池的使用由此也产生了大量废旧磷酸铁锂离子电池,对其中的正极材料磷酸铁锂中的有价金属进行回收再利用,既保护了环境又节约了资源.文章从采用电化学法处理的角度介绍磷酸铁锂正极材料的有价金属回收再利用的方法.
Application of Electrochemical Method in Treating Waste Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery Cathode Materials
Among the known positive electrode materials for lithium-ion batteries,lithium iron phosphate is a type of material with better performance and stability.It has been successfully commercialized and can meet the requirements of miniaturization,lightweight,and long cycle life of power sources.The use of a large number of lithium-ion batteries has also generated a large amount of waste lithium iron phosphate batteries.Recycling and reusing the valuable metals in the positive electrode material lithium iron phosphate not only protects the environment but also saves resources.The article introduces the method of valuable metal recovery and reuse of lithium iron phosphate cathode materials from the perspective of electrochemical treatment.
