Study on the Adsorption Kinetics of Three Types of Waste Residue Adsorbents for Rare Earth Ammonia Nitrogen Wastewater
With modified fly ash, coal gangue and water granulated slag as absorbent, the ability and kinetics of adsorption of Ammonia-Nitrogen in rare earth waster water by such 3 waste residue are studied, involving discussions on adsorption equilibrium time, reaction orders, adsorption rate control steps and effective diffusion coefficient, and the adsorption ability of the 3 waste residue are compared. The results showed:fly ash and water granulated slag reach adsorption equilibrium faster;coal gangue results has best correlation 0.9978 with quasi secondary kinetics fitting straight line;chemical reaction is the control step for adsorption of fly ash and water granulated slag, liquid film diffusion and partical diffusion are control steps for coal gangue adsorption.
