基于专利数据的高熵陶瓷材料研发进展分析

高熵陶瓷材料通过增加组元数增大构型熵,从而形成具有多组元、单相结构及独特物理化学特性的固溶体.近年来,高熵陶瓷正在持续快速发展,已经成为无机非金属材料领域的研究热点.文章以 2012-2023 年高熵陶瓷领域申请的专利数据为基础,从成分体系、学科分布、基金投入及研究层次等多个维度梳理了当前高熵陶瓷材料的发展概况,并分析了高熵陶瓷主要应用领域和今后值得深入探索的研究方向,以期为高熵陶瓷材料领域相关研究和开发提供参考.
Analysis on the Research and Development Progress of High Entropy Ceramic Materials Based on Patent Data
In high entropy ceramic materials,the configuration entropy is increased by increasing the number of components,so as to form a solid solution with multi-component,single-phase structure and unique physical and chemical properties.In recent years,high entropy ceramics are developing rapidly and have become a research hotspot in the field of inorganic nonmetallic materials.Based on the patent data applied in the field of high-entropy ceramics from 2012 to 2023,this paper reviews the current development of high-entropy ceramic materials from multiple perspectives such as component system,discipline distribution,fund investment and research level,and analyzes the main application and future research direction worth further exploration in the field of high-entropy ceramics,in order to provide reference for the research and development of high entropy ceramic materials.
