Research on Safe Production Management Strategy of Chemical Enterprise Based on PDCA Cycle Framework
PDCA is a closed cycle management system,including plan,do,check and act of 4 stages,the entire process of enterprise management and specific work items are effectively connected,to promote the enterprise step by step,spiral to enhance the construction of scientific management system.This paper analyzes the connotation,characteristics and specific steps of the PDCA cycle framework,and combs the application advantages of the PDCA cycle framework in the safety production management of chemical enterprises,starting from the plan stage:building a pre-control and early warning mechanism for source rectification;the do stage:building a responsibility implementation mechanism with full participation;and the check stage:construction of a perfect inspection and evaluation mechanism integrating internal and external inspection,act stage:construction of experience summary and comprehensive evaluation mechanism,etc.,to explore the safety production management strategy of chemical enterprises based on PDCA cycle framework,hoping to provide some reference for the further optimization of safety production management of chemical enterprises.
