Analysis and Operation Recommendations for the Wear Condition of a 1 000 MW Coal-fired Unit's Denitration Catalyst
This paper was based on the actual wear situation of the SCR honeycomb catalyst for a 1 000 MW coal-fired unit boiler's denitrification device.Through on-site investigations,this paper analyzed the causes of the catalyst wear briefly.It proposed measures for disposal based on the identified causes and offers operational suggestions for the life management of the coal-fired unit's denitrification catalyst,such as the addition of layer type management and installation.
