改进和完善油田基层党委的议事规则和决策程序对提高工作效率、保证决策科学准确、促进党员参与和增强决策的合法透明性都具有重要的意义.油田基层党委作为企业的决策机构,对于提高油田企业的管理水平和发展潜力具有重要意义.然而,当前有些油田基层党委议事规则和决策程序还存在一些问题,如缺乏科学性、效率低下等.文章通过分析问题根源,提出了规范议事规则、倡导民主决策、加强信息共享等改进和完善的对策思考措施.
Abstract
It is of great significance to improve and perfect the rules of procedure and decision-making procedure of the basic the Party committee of oilfield for improving work efficiency,ensuring scientific and accurate decision-making,promoting the participation of the Party members and enhancing the legal transparency of decision-making.As the decision-making body of the oilfield enterprise,the grass-roots the Party committee is of great significance to improve the management level and development potential of the oilfield enterprise.However,at present,there are still some problems in the rules of procedure and decision-making procedures of some basic the Party committees in some oilfields,such as lack of scientificity and low efficiency.By analyzing the root causes of the problems,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to standardize the rules of procedure,advocate democratic decision-making,and strengthen information sharing.
