he ideological and political work of the production patrol staff of offshore oilfield is an important task to ensure the safety of offshore production and the ideological stability of the staff.Marine production patrol work environment is special,employees have been working at sea for a long time,facing the complexity of the Marine environment and loneliness and other troubles,easy to produce psychological pressure,mood swings and loneliness.At the same time,the staff's family background and personal cultivation are diverse,and there are a series of challenges and difficulties such as age,physical quality and skill differences,which bring difficulties to the ideological and political work of the staff.This paper analyzes the difficulties in the ideological and political work of the production patrol staff in offshore oilfields,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
