Present Situation of High Risk Operation in Oilproduction Site and the Duty of Guardian
With the continuous advancement of the construction of new oilproduction management areas in oil fields,various high-risk construction operations will be involved in the development of new wells,the upgrading of oil and gas station repositories,the replacement of old obsolete equipment,the construction,reconstruction and maintenance of pipelines.In these high-risk construction process,the guardian plays a vital role in ensuring construction safety,stopping illegal behaviors and preventing accidents.Based on the analysis of the high-risk status of the oil production site,this paper discusses the implementation of the duties of the guardians in high-risk construction.By listing the common violations of the guardians,the root causes of the violations are analyzed,so as to reduce the number of violations by the guardians in high-risk construction operations of the oil production site,reduce the probability of accidents,and improve the safety management level of the oil production site.
