文章以河南晋开集团复合肥高氮原料尿素装置为例,详细介绍了精益管理的理念,并结合企业实际,提出了"精、准、细、严"四字方针的管理模式,从稳产增产、节支降耗、质量提升等方面进行技术改造,进而提高经济效益.将精益管理落实到复合肥高氮原料尿素装置具体工作中,有效促进了企业高质量发展.
Abstract
Taking Henan Jinkai Group compound fertilizer high nitrogen raw material urea plant as an example,the paper introduced the concept of lean management in detail,and combined with the actual situation of the enterprise,put forward the management model of"precision,precision,fine,strict"four words,from the aspects of stable production and increase,reduce expenditure and consumption,quality improvement,and so on to improve economic benefits.The lean management is implemented into the specific work of the high-nitrogen raw material urea plant of compound fertilizer,which effectively promotes the high-quality development of enterprises.
