摘要
化工原理实验课程重在培养学生的工程素质.以水吸收CO2 为例,将Aspen Plus(大型通用流程模拟系统)软件与实验教学相结合,模拟分析探讨强化吸收过程的主要措施.基于Aspen Plus教学设计不仅培养了学生使用仿真软件进行工程设计的能力,提高了教学质量,而且增强了学生解决工程问题的能力,激发了学生学习的兴趣,满足新工科人才培养需求,落实立德树人根本任务.
Abstract
The experimental course of chemical engineering principles focuses on cultivating students'engineering skills.Taking water absorption of CO2 as an example,Aspen Plus software is combined with experimental teaching to simulate and analyze the main measures to strengthen the absorption process.Based on Aspen Plus teaching design,it not only cultivates students'ability to use simulation software for engineering design and improves teaching quality,but also enhances their ability to solve engineering problems and stimulates their interest in learning.Meet the needs of cultivating new engineering talents and implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talent.
