摘要

通过分析中国智能制造系统架构,结合石化企业智能化发展现状,从石化企业基层入手,提出智能制造控制层在石化企业的落地实施方案,构建了基于控制层的DCS自适应调节系统模型.该模型包括数据拟合系统、参数预测系统和智能调节系统.同时介绍了三个该系统的实际应用场景,包括产品质量控制、装置能耗优化、参数调整纠正三个方面.为石化企业智能制造控制层的发展提供一定的模型参考和理论依据.

Abstract

By analysing China's intelligent manufacturing system architecture and combining the current situation of intelligent development in petrochemical enterprises,starting from the grass-roots level of petrochemical enterprises.Proposed intelligent manufacturing control layer in the petrochemical enterprise landing implementation scheme,constructed the control layer based on the DCS adaptive regulation system model.The model includes a data fitting system,a parameter prediction system and an intelligent regulation system.Three practical application scenarios of the system are presented,including product quality control,plant energy consumption optimisation and parameter adjustment correction It provides certain model reference and theoretical basis for the development of intelligent manufacturing control layer in petrochemical enterprises.
