摘要
燃气类特种设备是燃气运营单位日常运营中不可或缺的设备.然而,在实际工作中,人们往往较于关注其"燃气"属性,却容易忽视其作为"特种设备"的重要属性.这种倾向极易导致燃气类特种设备管理过程中的违规甚至违法行为的发生.为了解决这一问题,文章深入研究了燃气类特种设备的全生命周期管理.燃气类特种设备主要包括:压力容器、压力管道等.聚焦于燃气类特种设备的制造、安装、使用、检验、停用及注销等全生命周期的各个环节,逐一探讨各环节的管理要点.通过剖析关键管理节点,为燃气运营单位提供合法合规管理燃气类特种设备的有效指导.
Abstract
Gas-related special equipment is an indispensable part of the daily operation of gas operators.However,in practical work,people often pay more much attention to its"gas"attribute while easily neglecting its important attribute as"special equipment".This tendency can easily lead to violations and even illegal acts in the management process of gas-related special equipment.To address this issue,this paper delves into the lifecycle management of gas-related special equipment.Gas-related special equipment mainly includes pressure vessels,pressure pipelines,and so on.Focusing on each stage of the lifecycle,including manufacturing,installation,usage,inspection,decommissioning,and deregistration,this paper explores the key management points of each stage.By analyzing the critical management nodes,this paper aims to provide effective guidance for gas operators to manage gas-related special equipment in a legal and compliant manner.
