摘要
文章通过研究作业标准化在装置检修中的应用实践,全过程分析安全风险并制定相应管控措施,在安全、环保、应急等方面思考和完善各作业环节的管控标准,系统化、程序化提高整个装置的检修质量,有效降低人员伤害和环境污染的风险.在固化、推广作业标准化的同时,为检修现场营造一个整洁、有序、安全的环境,不断转变员工安全思维,进而提升装置日常检维修安全管理水平.
Abstract
By studying the application practice of operation standardization in equipment maintenance,the paper analyzes safety risks in the whole process and formulates corresponding control measures,thinks about and improves the control standards of each operation link in terms of safety,environmental protection and emergency response,systematically and procedually improves the maintenance quality of the entire equipment,and effectively reduces the risk of personnel injury and environmental pollution.While solidifying and promoting the standardization of operations,we create a clean,orderly and safe environment for the maintenance site,constantly change the safety thinking of employees,and then improve the safety management level of daily inspection and maintenance of devices.
