摘要
为深刻汲取以往或类似液氨卸车作业发生的事故教训,加强液氨卸车作业安全管理,落实液氨卸车作业全过程的安全风险防控,文章通过对液氨卸车作业中可能存在的危险因素和安全风险进行分析梳理,制定相应的安全风险管控措施,并严抓落实,确保液氨卸车作业安全风险时刻处于可控状态,从而有效避免安全事故发生.
Abstract
In order to deeply learn lessons from previous accidents or similar liquid-ammonia unloading operations,strengthen safety management of liquid-ammonia unloading operations,and implement safety risk prevention and control in the whole process of liquid-ammonia unloading operations,the paper analyzed and sorted out possible dangerous factors and safety risks in liquid-ammonia unloading operations,formulated corresponding safety risk control measures,and strictly implemented them.Ensure that the safety risk of liquid ammonia unloading operation is under control at all times,so as to effectively avoid safety accidents.
