摘要
文章根据煤矿安全建设法律法规要求,针对本企业安全文化建设中存在的相关问题进行分析,构建了适合企业实际的"123389"安全管理模式,并从人员素质和工作环境提升方面建立安全文化体系,结合公司安全文化建设和当前安全生产形势,形成具有本企业特色的第一象限安全文化体系.
Abstract
According to the requirements of coal mine safety construction laws and regulations,the paper analyzes the relevant problems existing in the construction of the safety culture of the enterprise,constructs the"123389"safety management model suitable for the actual situation of the enterprise,and establishes the safety culture system from the aspects of personnel quality and working environment improvement,combining the company's safety culture construction and the current safety production situation.Form the first quadrant safety culture system with the characteristics of the enterprise.
