摘要
化学原料药工艺放大,即化学原料药的生产从实验室规模放大到工业化规模,是化学原料药采取规模化生产、实现产业化不可或缺的开发过程.文章阐述了化学原料药工艺放大过程中常见的几个问题,旨在帮助医药化工企业提高工艺技术水平,改进实际工作中存在的问题,进一步保障生产工艺的稳定性和合规性.
Abstract
Chemical raw material process scale-up,that is,chemical raw material production from the laboratory scale to the scale of industrialization,is an indispensable development process for chemical raw materials to adopt large-scale production and achieve industrialization.In this paper,several common problems in the process of chemical raw material scale-up are described,aiming to help pharmaceutical and chemical enterprises improve the technical level of the process,improve the problems existing in practical work,and further ensure the stability and compliance of the production process.
