摘要
EPC总承包模式是当前项目管理中最为普遍的工程管理模式之一.随着国家发展的需要,国内核化工项目也迎来了前所未有的发展良机.调试准备工作能否高质量完成是保证整个工程能否顺利建设的关键.文章对管理现状进行了分析,从调试组织机构和人员准备、费用控制、物资准备、现场条件准备等方面提出提升策略,对后续工程的建设具有积极意义.
Abstract
EPC mode is one of the most common project management mode in the current project management.With the needs of national development,the nuclear chemical projects have also ushered in an unprecedented opportunity for development in China.Whether the commissioning preparation work can be completed with high quality is the key to ensure the smooth construction of the whole project.This paper analyzes the present situation of management,and puts forward the promotion strategy from the aspects of organization and personnel preparation,cost control,material preparation,on-site condition preparation,etc.,in order to have a positive significance for the construction of follow-up projects.
