Practice of"Design,Construction and Production at the Same Time"Procedure Management for the Construction of Skid-mounted LNG Station in Oil and Gas Field
With the transformation of the global energy structure and the increasing emphasis on environmental protection,liquefied natural gas(LNG),as a clean and efficient energy source,is favored by more and more governments and enterprises.In order to speed up the development of the LNG industry,various places have invested in the construction of skid-mounted LNG station.However,there are non-standard operation in the process of project approval,design,construction,acceptance and so on,which brings many risks to the enterprise.Therefore,this paper studies the management of"design,construction and production at the same time"procedure for the construction of skid-mounted LNG station projects in oil and gas fields,and puts forward effective management methods to improve project construction quality and reduce enterprise risks,which is of great significance to promote the healthy development of LNG industry.
