产学研融合的高校化学专业人才培养模式研究

摘要
产学研合作教育促进教学、科研和生产的有机融合,是培养创新人才的有效途径.随着教育的发展,产学研合作的育人模式逐渐成为高校创新人才培养的必经路线之一,尤其是对化学化工等实践性强的学科,产学研发挥着非常重要的作用.但是,在化学教学和人才培养过程中仍存在一些待解决的问题.文章针对产学研实施过程中存在的具体问题,探索成熟的基于产学研合作的人才培养模式,以提高教学质量和人才培养质量,促进教学改革.
Abstract
Industry-university-research cooperative education promotes the organic integration of teaching,research and production,which is an effective way to train innovative talents.With the development of education,the training mode of industry-university-research cooperation has gradually become one of the necessary routes for the training of innovative talents in colleges and universities,especially for chemistry and chemical engineering and other practical disciplines,which play a very important role.However,there are still some problems to be solved in the course of chemistry teaching and talent training.Aiming at the specific problems existing in the implementation process of industry-university-research,this paper explores a mature talent training model based on industry-university-research cooperation to improve the quality of teaching and talent training and promote teaching reform.
